Dronfield Rugby Club girls already into pre-season training

Dronfield Rugby Club Girls have begun their preparations for next season. After last year’s excellent performances they will be hoping to maintain their success on the field once more.

Awards Evening

At their Annual Presentation of Awards Evening held at Gosforth Fields, three Dronfield RFC players received special awards for top honours in their respective leagues.

Under 12's

U12's Mosborough v Dronfield

Another very frustrating morning for the lads, with an 'up-and-down' performance. The highlight reel is excellent from today; wonderful phases, 2-on-1s executed well, lovely tip ons and organised phase play and classy tries as a result.

Under 10's

U10's Rotherham v Dronfield

As the under 10’s turned up to Rotherham 12 washing machines took a collective sigh of relief as the conditions were excellent and the pitch in great condition! Dronfield made a superb start with some excellent defending backed up by the team making the most of the good conditions showing off their attacking skills.

Under 13's

U13's Dinnington v Dronfield

A visit to Dinnington for our U13’s this morning. Usually a challenging physical task and today was no different, especially as the boys are at an age of physically developing at different speeds. Dinnington have a large squad and plenty of big athletic lads as well as some serious weight in their pack.
